After-Hours Setup Fee

Service Description

This fee applies to all setups scheduled after 7:00pm. It covers extended service hours and ensures your experience is executed with the same level of care, quality, and attention to detail.


Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance due 24 hours before setup. Client is responsible for securing hotel/room access. No open flame candles (LED only). Any damages to décor items are billed to the client. NO refunds after the service has been completed
