Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At The Nicki Nicole Experience, each setup is thoughtfully curated and prepared in advance to create a seamless and unforgettable moment. For this reason, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

 

Deposits

• A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

• Retainers cover consultation, design planning, inventory reservation, and scheduling.

• All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled experience will forfeit the retainer but will not be charged the remaining balance.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience will result in 100% of the total service cost being charged.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked experience.

 

Rescheduling

• Clients may request one (1) reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduled bookings must take place within 30 days of the original date.

• Additional reschedule requests will require a new retainer.

• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience are treated as cancellations.

 

Same-Day Changes

• Same-day changes, delays, or access issues that prevent setup are considered a cancellation and will not be refunded.

• The Nicki Nicole Experience is not responsible for venue access restrictions, hotel policies, or third-party delays.

 

Force Majeure

• In rare cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

Agreement

 

By booking with The Nicki Nicole Experience, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy in full.
